Pastry & Baking Seminars at the Dan Gourmet:

Pastry chef Eran Shvartzbard teaches advanced pastry and baking seminars at the prestigious Dan Gourmet culinary school. Some of the classes are open to the general public and some are designed exclusively for professional chefs.  The courses change each semester.  Past seminars include: “Restaurant desserts”- a pastry seminar for the general public in which students learned about successful and trendy desserts and how to blend different tastes, textures, temperatures and colors.  For professionals, chef Shvartzbard instructs a Boulangerie course- an intensive 3 day course that teaches how to bake breads, rich yeast pastries, breakfast pastries, phyllo pastries and pound cakes. Click here to register for the seminars through Dan Gourmet.

Pastry chef Eran Shvartzbard offers a ‘master chef’ seminar though Menteka– the Israeli pastry website.
Chef Shvartzbard has also volunteered to teach pastry classes in Fat Meir’s Kitchen– a non-profit organization that provides meals for children in need.
In the past chef Shvartzbard lectured in the Astela pastry school and also in Bishulim- the Israeli institute for culinary arts.

Private Seminars:

Would you like a gourmet pastry chef to give you a private course?  Chef Eran Shvartzbard conducts private seminars for small groups of up to 25 people.  The culinary sessions are ideal for organizations (team building events, special staff events) or to celebrate private occasions (bachelor parties, birthday parties). Chef Shvartzbard can teach a wide variety of subjects and the topic can be customized depending on your preference and the size of the group.
