Pastry chef Eran Shvartzbard teaches advanced pastry and baking seminars at the prestigious Dan Gourmet culinary school. Some of the classes are open to the general public and some are designed exclusively for professional chefs. The courses change each semester. Past seminars include: “Restaurant desserts”- a pastry seminar for the general public in which students learned about successful and trendy desserts and how to blend different tastes, textures, temperatures and colors. For professionals, chef Shvartzbard instructs a Boulangerie course- an intensive 3 day course that teaches how to bake breads, rich yeast pastries, breakfast pastries, phyllo pastries and pound cakes.
